Hitzinger GmbH was founded in 1946 in Linz, Austria to provide repairs and maintenance on electric and incineration motors, however, Hitzinger very quickly grow into major manufacturer of rotating electrical equipment. In 1955, Hitzinger were ready to enter the market with it’s first synchronous alternator, fully designed and manufactured in-house. The founder of Hitzinger GmbH, Walter Hitzinger, paved the way for over 250+ employee’s currently working at the factory and five product lines, all benefitting from our core business of rotating electrical machinery.
